Montefiore Nyack Hospital Home Care was recently recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), a healthcare services consulting firm, as a “Superior Performer.” This distinction ranks the agency in the top 20% of all SHP clients based on patient satisfaction surveys conducted for 2022. Nyack Hospital Home Care also scored above the national SHP average for quality measurements such as communication and quality of care.
