Montefiore Einstein ranks as one of the nation’s best—again—in U.S. News & World Report’s rankings for 2024–2025, placing in the top 1% percent of hospitals for complex specialty care in cancer, cardiology, heart & vascular surgery, diabetes & endocrinology, geriatrics, neurology & neurosurgery, orthopedics, pulmonology & lung surgery and urology.

We rank in the top 25 out of more than 6,000 hospitals in the United States for cardiology, heart & vascular surgery, urology, and diabetes & endocrinology care.

Montefiore Einstein’s complex specialty care in gastroenterology and gastrointestinal (GI) surgery was recognized as High Performing, placing it among the top providers in the country.

Additionally, Montefiore Einstein achieved High Performing designations for the following procedures and conditions: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, gynecological cancer surgery, heart attack, heart bypass surgery, heart failure, hip fracture, kidney disease, knee replacement, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, lung cancer surgery, pneumonia, prostate cancer surgery, and stroke.
