“Objetivo: Tu Salud” Focuses Its Lens on Living Organ Donation

You can watch these inspiring stories of living organ donations on “Objetivo: Tu Salud” (Objective: Your Health), Montefiore Einstein’s weekly Spanish-language TV program on Telemundo 47 that has become a trusted source of health and wellness information for the Hispanic community. “Objetivo: Tu Salud” is hosted by Eliscer Guzman, MD, Cardiologist, Department of Medicine, Montefiore Einstein, and features Montefiore Einstein’s experts and patients.

Living organ donation can often be a faster way to receive a lifesaving transplant, and the Montefiore Einstein Center for Transplantation is a national leader. Recently, “Objetivo: Tu Salud” aired two programs specifically about living organ donation:

A Story of Living Liver Organ Donation

When a daughter’s love for her father inspired her to donate part of her liver to save his life, the effect was dramatic: a lifesaving transplant for her father and the chance for someone else awaiting a transplant to get an organ faster. Stories of Living Kidney Organ Donation
