Congratulations to Frank Sosnowski, Pharm BS, MS, Senior Director, Pharmacy Services, Montefiore Einstein, on being recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the “Hospital and Health System Chief Pharmacy Officers to Know.”
Sosnowski is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, directing and implementing of pharmaceutical care services for Montefiore Einstein’s acute care hospital divisions and ambulatory pharmacies. He is also responsible for Montefiore Einstein’s Specialty Pharmacy and Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Pharmacy.
He oversees and participates in multiple health system committees, including the Health System Pharmacy and Therapeutics Steering committee and the Pharmacy Director’s Transformation committee. He is extremely active in state and national pharmacy organizations and is an extended member of the New York State Board of Pharmacy and Past President of the New York State Council of Health-system Pharmacists.
