Congratulations to Adriana Colovai, PhD, who joins the Department of Pathology at Montefiore Einstein as Technical Director of Cellular Immunology and Immunogenetics.
Dr. Colovai will oversee the Flow Cytometry Laboratory, in addition to evaluating, developing and implementing new cellular immunology protocols and new testing platforms for hematological malignancies and stem cell transplantation. She will work to enhance programs in hematological malignancies, stem cell transplantation and immunogenetics. Dr. Colovai also will train residents and fellows in laboratory and clinical pathology. She serves as Associate Professor of Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and previously worked as Director of the Transplant Immunology Laboratory in the Department of Surgery.
