Burke Rehabilitation Hospital Named to Newsweek’s List of Best Physical Rehabilitation Centers

Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, a member of the Montefiore Einstein Health System, has been named to Newsweek’s prestigious list of America’s Best Physical Rehabilitation Centers 2022. The award recognizes excellence among inpatient rehabilitation facilities throughout the United States. Burke, located in White Plains, is one of only nine rehabilitation centers in New York State to achieve this recognition and the only one in Westchester County.

Burke was especially recognized for its stroke rehabilitation program. It serves about 1,000 stroke rehabilitation patients per year, more than any other hospital in New York State.

Burke is one of nearly 1,200 inpatient rehabilitation facilities in the country, 255 of which were recognized by Newsweek.
