For decades, Dr. Robert E. Michler has served friends and neighbors from Connecticut with his surgical expertise. In recent years, he realized that a number of his surgical faculty resided in Connecticut and were similarly providing expertise to their friends and neighbors from Connecticut.
To coordinate and facilitate this care, Specialty Surgeons of Connecticut (SSCT) recently opened in Greenwich, CT. Established by Robert E. Michler, MD, Surgeon-in-Chief of Montefiore Health System, Chairman of both the Department of Surgery and Department of Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery, and 30-year Connecticut resident, this new practice brings world-eminent Montefiore Einstein surgeons to the Connecticut community.
The goal of the practice is to bring noteworthy expertise and neighbor-to-neighbor consultative care to Connecticut residents.
The office features a comfortable environment that’s convenient for patients who may live close by or come from far away. It’s located across from the Hyatt Regency hotel, so patients who come from out of state and other countries have easy access to accommodations and surgeons.
